Shipping & Return Policy

We're so grateful you chose to bring one of our candles into your space. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping timelines, processing, and returns. 

Processing Time

All candles are hand-poured in small batches.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we'll always keep you informed.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping - 2-3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately of placing it so we can assist before it ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

Because candles are fragile, damage during transit can occasionally happen even though we package them carefully to prevent it.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 2 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once verified.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles.

If your candle is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
